· What is Xpressed™?
Xpressed™ is a revolutionary portal that lets users explore, create, and play mobile games online or on your cell phone. One of the unique features we offer is the Mobile Games Unlimited™ plan which provides users with unlimited access to mobile games from top publishers around the world.
· How much is the Mobile Games Unlimited™ plan?
The Mobile Games Unlimited™ plan costs $9.99 a month and entitles users to unlimited game downloads on the mobile phone and unlimited play on the web. It is valid for 30 days, from the date of purchase until the day prior on the following month. The plan automatically renews at the end of the last day of the plan.
· Can I buy a single game instead of becoming a subscriber?
Yes, single purchase downloads are available for non-subscribers.
· Do I need a data plan from my carrier to use Xpressed™?
Yes, Xpressed™ is not responsible for anycharges incurred by your wireless carrier for SMS or data connections. Make sure your phone supports Internet-enabled data and SMS-enabled before signing up with Xpressed. Not all carriers support the Xpressed service. Contact your wireless carrier for plan details.
· Which carriers/phones does Xpressed™ support?
We currently do not support Verizon and Alltel carriers.
Xpressed™ supports hundreds of the top US and European cell phones. If a game does not support a phone, check again later because we are adding dozens of devices every each week.
· How do I sign up?
It’s easy! Just click on the “Get Plan Now” button on the homepage and follow the easy instructions.
Using Xpressed™
· How do I download games onto my phone?
First, if you have not already done so, sign up for a free account. Free accounts can be created by clicking on http://www.xpressed.com/user/register fill out of the required fields and click “Join.”
That’s it! Just confirm your email address by clicking on the confirmation link sent to your email. Once your account is confirmed, you are ready to enjoy one of the best mobile game communities in the world!
· From the phone, access the wap site: wap.xpressed.com From xpressed.com, simply register, and login. After logging in, you should be able to see a "Download Trial" button for any game available for your selected device. A text message containing a download link will be sent to your phone. Please follow the link in the text message to download your content.
· What is the Mobile Game Xplorer?
The Mobile Game Xplorer is the stand alone deck on the phone that allows all users to view and access many of the exciting features of Xpressed™ straight from the mobile phone. With it, users can download, rate and recommend their favorite games all through the unique features of this applicationto their friends all through the interface of this application. Best of all, it is available free of charge!
· How can I download the Game Explorer on my phone?
Downloading the Game Explorer is simple. Go to http://xpressed.com/ge and enter your phone number above the “Send SMS” button. Clicking on this button will send an SMS with a download link to the phone. Click on the link to complete the download process and then follow the directions to install it on the phone. Even though the Game Explorer is free, standard text messaging rates may apply. See carrier for details on your sms plan.Our Game Explorer is currently under construction. Check back again soon!
· Can I preview a game before I download it?
Absolutely! Browse through the Xpressed™ catalog online and click on the picture of any game to go to its featured page. From there, play the game online within the web browser or select to download the demo onto the phone.
· How long do game demos on my phone last?
The time duration of game demos will vary from game to game, in accordance with the publisher’s wishes. Most can be played on the phone for at least 2 – 3 minutes.
· Will game demos work on my phone?
ThisMobile game demos should work on all compatible phones for our supported carriers depends on the phone model and carrier. Unfortunately, not all games and game demos will work on all phones. To ensure you are downloading demos for your phone, be sure to utilize our “Filter for your phone model” when browsing through our game catalog.
· How do I download games to my phone?
· First create a free account. It’s easy, just click on “Create Account” after clicking on MY PROFILE at the top of the web page. Fill out the required fields and confirm your email address by clicking on confirmation link that is located in the email sent to the address you provided. Once your account is confirmed, you are ready to start downloading games
· How long can I keep the games?
Games downloaded via a Mobile Games Unlimited™ Plan will cease to continue to function once the plan has been canceled. Any game downloaded and obtained as a Single Purchase will be available to the user as long as they retain that phone. Downloads are not transferable to other phones under the same account.
You may keep the games as long as you want on your phone but you must be a Mobile Games Unlimited™ plan subscriber in order for the games to function. If you are not a plan member, the games will not work unless you purchased them as a “Single Purchase” download.
Troubleshooting
· I am having trouble downloading, can you help me?
There are several steps to take before contacting us for support:
- Double check that you are downloading for the proper phone model.
- Check that you are properly filtering for your phone model and seeing only games that are available for your phone.
- Ensure that your device is internet-enabled and SMS-enabled.

· I'm trying to download Xpresseda game on Xpressed™, but my phone says it's coming from an "unverified" or "untrusted" source. What does this mean?
If you see an "unverified" or "untrusted source" message when downloading an application to your phone, it means that your carrier can't figure out who you're trying to download it from. The application will work as normal even if your carrier can't determine its source. The software industry generally identifies an application's "source" using a combination of digital signatures and trusted third parties (e.g., Verisign). However, the majority of phones sold by carriers don't yet support this practice.
· My game isn't working. What can I do to return things to normal?
If you are experiencing non-functional behavior try quitting and restarting your game or the Game Explorer. Next, try turning your phone off and on. If neither of these resolves your issue, please email support@xpressed.com.

· How do I sign in to my account?
You can sign in from a few locations, Click on the link, Member Sign In at the top of the homepage or click on the MY PROFILE button also located at the the top of the homepage.
· How do I change my account information and settings?
You can change your settings and info by selecting MY PROFILE at the top of the page and clicking on the “My Account” after you have signed into your account.option.
· How do I cancel my plan?
You can cancel your Mobile Games Unlimited™ Plan subscription anytime. To cancel, first log by logging into your profile online and clicking click on “My Credits”. Then, click on theClick on the “Cancel Subscription” button.
